  • What is your exchange policy?
    We do not offer exchanges on opened products. However, for customers selecting local pickup, we occasionally offer trades — but the item must be opened at the time of pickup and the trade request made on the spot. We want to ensure fairness and keep the mystery magic alive!
  • Can I trade a blind box item that I already have?
    Yes — trades are available for local pickup customers only and depend on what we have available at the time of pickup. Your item must be opened on-site and the trade request made on the spot. It’s part of the fun! We do this to keep the mystery, fairness, and excitement alive with every swap.
  • Can I return a product?
    All sales are final — our commitment to authenticity means each item is carefully sourced and genuine, so we’re unable to accept returns. However, if you’ve selected local pickup, we occasionally offer trades! To keep things fair and fun, your item must be opened at pickup, and the trade request made on the spot. It’s our way of keeping the mystery magic alive while offering a little flexibility for our local community.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Absolutely — we currently ship throughout the United States. Orders are processed as swiftly as possible so your goodies reach you in no time.
  • Can I pick up my order locally?
    Yes! We've partnered with the cozy and creative Ku Tea Coffee & Tea Town ☕ as a local pick-up location. Customers in the Fredericksburg and Woodbridge, VA areas can select "Local Pickup" at checkout and collect their orders from either location.
  • Do you have a storefront?
    Not quite! We don't operate a traditional brick-and-mortar location. Instead, we bring the magic to you by traveling to conventions and hosting pop-up events with local vendors. Keep an eye on our socials to catch us in your area!
  • Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
    We do! If you’re interested in stocking our products, please complete our Wholesale Inquiry Form. We’ll review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Are your products authentic?
    Yes! All items sold by our company are 100% authentic — sourced with care, quality, and integrity. We take pride in offering genuine products our customers can trust.
  • Where is your company based?
    We’re proudly based out of Virginia — surrounded by creativity, community vibes, and great coffee. While we don’t have a permanent storefront, our roots are here, and so are many of our pop-up collaborations and pick-up locations.
